I provide my clients with compassionate support and encourage them to bring curiosity and mindfulness to their problems, issues and life goals. For those interested, I also offer instruction in meditation, tai chi and qigong, having studied and taught these contemplative mind-body practices for over 25 years.
I tailor my coaching approach according to your unique personality, situation and needs. With honesty and compassion, I will work with you to create an atmosphere where you can safely explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. The focus of our coaching sessions together will be to help you reach your desired goals.
